Topshop is one of the most popular womens clothes chains in the UK and Ireland. Topshop and it’s "brother" shop - Topman are both part of the Arcadia group which also includes Wallis, Dorothy Perkins and Miss Selfridge.
Topshop seems to be able to copy trends from the catwalk and get them into shops quickly at much cheaper prices. Topshop.ie web site isn’t active - but online shoppers in Ireland can order clothes online from Topshop - delivery to Ireland is £5 per order. UK (inc NI) delivery is £4 Pounds.
For the man in your life - you could try www.topman.com - they also deliver to Ireland for £5

If you cant find something you like at Topshop.com - there are lots of other online ladies clothes shops for you to buy from - that also deliver to Ireland. Usually there is much more stock and more sizes available online than in the local shops. Most of these shops charge Sterling prices - so you gain there because of the weak Pound. Miss Selfridges have a great online shopping site for their Irish customers. Unlike many other UK based stores - they charge the same amount for delivery to Ireland as the UK. Hopefully other online shops will follow their example. Many major UK shops won’t even deliver to Ireland. Miss Selfridge sell a wide range of affordable up to date ladies fashions and accessories.

Miss Selfridge have stores at several locations in Ireland if you don’t want to shop online - but personally I feel it’s more hassle to shop in a normal shop - all that driving and queuing!
